Poem: Provoking

Poem: Provoking

*  *  *

Not your hands are touching me

Not your lips are kissing me

Not your arms are hugging me

Not your gaze is holding me...

Not your tongue is on my ear...

Not you sweet words I can hear

Not your fingers on my hips...

Not yours, I feel, the finger-tips...

I loose myself in that touch, so kind

I see the spark that makes me blind

I hear the words: I love you, my child

I close my eyes and blank goes my mind...
